Recommended beginner distros
If you were to ask me some recommended beginner distros. I'd suggest trying one of these general recommendations:


Linux Mint
Fedora

These websites have their own setup instructions. You will be needing a flash drive if you wish to install it onto real hardware.


I will probably be adding more resources about linux in the future. I might move on to BSD, but only time will tell.


Learning Web development
A site I'd recommend you to go visit if you ever wish to learn web development to create your own wep pages is This page by Mozilla. It contains resources and a cheatsheet for html, css, and javascript.

If you want to watch video tutorials, then I'd recommend the videos by Brocode.

Checkout his HTML & CSS video and his Javascript video. His channel teaches a lot of basics to a multitude of languages.
